Prospects
From Apps for Sage 300
Prospects are not an entity from Sage 300 but instead an entity that exists in the applications only.
You can edit prospect data (A).
The data can be exported using the Data Islands interface to a database or a flat file (csv for example).
Touchpoints can be recorded against Prospects.
